Can anyone tell me if MapMaker 3.5 is compatible with Windows 10 before I try upgrading?

Yes, as far as we can tell. We've run into no problems.

I have just tried to install MapMaker Pro under Windows 10 (my WIN7 machine having died) and have serious problems:

(1) The installation initially appeared to go OK and the program launched, but it would not accept my licence number.

(2) Having then shut the program down, I tried to re-launch it, but I now get the message: ""Install: Check installation failed".

I have recently put Pro 3.5 through most of its paces in Win10 and have found it to be smooth running and faultless.

If you're having a problem launching the program it might be worth editing the properties of the Map maker shortcut so that it is set to "run as administrator".
