I need to show some acknowledgements as first view, so I thought that "Start up banner" was the right solution (File - System set up - Preferences - Start up banner) but, when I open again M.M., I don't see it.
Where and when can I see the "Start up banner"?

I have the same problem. Out of the 3 start up choices only the open project one works. The banner and text options do nothing. I also have posted this problem and will contact you if I get any help with it.
