Hi,
I was wondering if MM Pro is fully compatible with Windows 7? Considering upgrading the OS on PC, and just want to check that MM will still run OK. If anyone does have it installed with Windows 7, have you noticed any glitches or problems?
Thanks very much for any help.

Are you using Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit?
If the latter, does MapMaker run any faster?
Thank you in advance for any information you can give.

I'm running Windows 7 64 on a laptop. Is it faster? Frankly I dont know. I'll have some tests and keep you aware of the results. Cheers,

I am using Map Maker Pro with Windows 7 and have started to encounter problems with stability. When I try to save a new layer, MM is crashing. I downloaded and installed the latest MM version today to no avail, prompting Windows to suggest that the program didn't install correctly.
Anyone else encounter Windows 7 difficulties? |

Hi,
Yes, I am having similar problems. MM keeps missing bits of maps and finally crashing after several seconds to minutes of work. Very frustrating!
I have not yet found what is wrong.

I tried rolling back the graphics driver to a previous version, which helps a bit. However, all live layers now seem to be saved flipped north-south...! |

I seem to have resolved most of the issues by keeping the up to date graphics driver but changing the screen theme to Windows Classic. |
