Hello,
Is it possible to consider a modification to add new options to the Map Furniture boxes?
It would be very useful to have boxes, like "Project Legend" that read information from the map project in use, more specifically from the Project Information tab i.e. for "Title", "Date" and "Notes".
I know the former is available within the map frame but it would be more useful as a box that could be inserted into a template or a furniture box within the map frame.
Any comments or is there a work round?

Dear Richard,
I too would welcome such furniture boxes. There is no direct work-a-round. But this is how I deal with templates: I have created a good set of A4_P, A4_L, A3_P, A3_L etc. All of these use the same MS-Word document which deals with the title and copyright statements etc. In notepad I opened the template (*.ptp) file and stripped off the pathname to all furniture boxes. This means that MM is now expecting to find all related files (i.e. that Title Word document) in one and the same folder.
When I create a new project or have a new client, I copy both the relevant template and that Title.doc to the client’s/project folder. As long as the template and doc are in the same folder it all works well and is manageable. But I have noticed over the years that many computer users do not know how to work with Windows Explorer so to instruct them to follow this procedure (copy and past both files into project folder) is in itself a novel aspect. And admittedly, to then edit the title.doc on top of that are all extra loops.
