in the bitmap calibrationd known point an scale dialog box the dpi box is grayed how do you change dpi

How can i calibrate a bit map scanned at 200dpi.or 600dpi.
my dialogue box allows calibration at 300dpi only.

Hi Kibere,

Horizontal and vertical DPI's are defined in the bitmap information header of the bitmap.
It's displayed in the dialog window for your info, that's all.
Please note that DPI of a scanned document is one thing, SCALE is another.
You'd rather select another option to calibrate your image file.

I want to know is how can you calibrate a bitmap scanned at 600 dpi using the method; known point and scale.
